It has been brought to our attention that patients are experiencing issues with not receiving their scheduled medication delivery. If you are affected by this we advise that in the first instance you contact your usual provider to resolve the issue. If you continue to experience problems please contact the surgery and we will support you in trying to resolve these. Please be aware that for the surgery to issue your medication you will be required to nominate a pharmacy to issue your prescription.

Practice Boundary

At present we have two separate practice lists and two practice boundaries as shown in the map below - one for Clipstone and Farnsfield (pink) and one for Rainworth (blue). If you live in an area covered by both boundaries, you can choose which list you want to be registered on. Unless you have been registered with us previously, you are not able to register with the practice if you live outside the practice boundary .

If you move outside the boundary we will ask you to register with another practice. However, you can apply to re-register with us as an “Out of area patient” (no home visits). If you required a home visit we would ask you to call 111 who would make arrangements for you.
