All patients are assigned a named GP who is responsible for your overall care, and who will take lead responsibility of your care at the practice, you should contact the practice if you wish to know who this is, or if you have a preference as to which GP that is. The practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.
You may still book appointments with any GP of your choice as long as they are available, and having your named GP changed will not affect any on-going treatments or appointments you may already have.
